Since our establishment in 1997 as an IT security technology development company, we at Open Loop Inc. have been endeavoring to contribute to the formation of a safe and affluent society by developing innovative technologies. Afterwards, we formed a merger with Trust Work Co., Ltd., a temporary staff employment agency, in 2003 to enable business extension and development. In February 2007, the Open Loop Group was formed as a holding company that controls its group companies carrying out a variety of technical projects and aims to improve the enterprise value.

At present, the Open Loop Group carries out projects covering a wide range of areas including: IT security, CRM (customer relationship management) on a subcontract basis, sales promotion on a subcontract basis, full-time worker dispatch according to the Worker Dispatch Law and construction business in compliance with the Construction Business Act.

Today, our fast-moving world is witnessing a great number of changes that can be defined as ‘innovations.’ Based on the innovations seen in both the areas of IT and employment, we continue to make a proactive effort to do our best to contribute to the creation of more innovative mechanisms that will be required in the future.

With our IT business, we are specialized in the area of cutting-edge and advanced IT security of which importance is ever increasing. With our temporary staff employment business, we address human resources related projects that are socially meaningful such as the utilization of part-time workers and employment liquidization that allow the facilitation of effective corporate management. We also work towards labor issues involving ‘freelance part-timers’ (those who make a living juggling part-time work) and/or ‘NEETs’ (those who are not in education, employment or training) which are becoming social issues. We establish strategies to coordinate the needs of employers and the requirements of freelance part-timers and NEETs and to accordingly encourage this potential workforce. These issues we are working towards are identical with those seen in our society and thus have a high level of social value. With our motto ‘To create a safe and affluent society,’ we believe that we are contributing to create a better society.

We adopt a ‘next-day payment’ system which is a first seen in Japan. Within the temporary staff employment market that remains labor-intensive, this innovative system is the solution for part-time workers who are in need of receiving payments immediately. The utilization of our IT technologies allows us to put this convenient system into practice. We will continue to make full use of our various IT technologies, highlighting the area of security, for our temporary employment business and endeavor to advance these technologies even further.
